This year’s Circuit Main Event at Harrah’s AC attracted a roster of top-brass poker talent including Amnon Filippi, Matt Glantz, Dwyte Pilgrim, Chris Bell, Paul Darden and Matt Brady among others.

Many of the event’s marquee players were eliminated before the day was over, however, including Pilgrim who was eliminated in the final hand of the night.

The seventh of the 2010/2011 WSOPC season, the Circuit Events at Harrah’s Atlantic City have been a success so far midway through its duration. Much of this year’s success at Harrah’s AC and at the previous six events so far this year can be attributed to the revamped format of the WSOPC, which includes standardized, optimized structures, the introduction of four, televised regional championships and the season-ending, WSOPC national championship. This year’s opening event at Harrah’s AC attracted 1,250 players, an attendance record for the resort property.
