Council Bluffs, IA—With 70 percent of the starting field eliminated on Day 1, the 27 remaining players will return on Tuesday for the championship event of the WSOP Circuit at Horseshoe Council Bluffs to play down to last nine. Final table action will then be Webcast, with a one-hour delay, by Bluff Media. It can be viewed at WorldSeriesofPoker.com.  
   The colorful Howard Wolper, an artist/poker player with major wins at Tahoe and the Trump Classic within five days of one another, will arrive with the chip lead of 88,400. Also at his table will be Bernard Lee, a successful player with a 13th-place finish in the 2005 WSOP main event who writes for ESPN and the Boston Herald and has a poker radio show. Also still in action is Omaha high-low bracelet winner Bob Slezak.
